ANALYSIS OF FEASIBILITY OF DEVELOPMENT OF AGROPOLITAN AREA PROBOLINGGO DISTRICT

This research was conducted in Probolinggo district, East Java Province, Indonesia. The objective to analyze the feasibility of developing an agropolitan area from financial and infrastructure aspects. analytical methods used are: Revenue Cost Ratio analysis; Payback Period (PP); Net Present Value (NPV); Internal Rate Return (IRR). results showed that development farmer's market, namely Krucil fruit vegetable construction a flat storage market leaning agribusiness sub-terminal, are very feasible build context need be continued Detail Engineering Design (DED).
